Press and hold the flower to fire up the fountain at the heart of it all. Move the palm tree into the water and watch it spin. Drop the whirlpool in place and Bluey or Bingo can hop inside for a dizzying ride. Bingo's got a spin and splash ball with a silly surprise — water flows through it to set it spinning when she takes her turn at the fountain. Bluey's in charge of the water hose. And when you need a grand finale, there's a slide so the sisters can whoosh straight into the water.
