BOPM doesn't sell toys and never takes your payment — we show you what every shop has and send you to them to buy. So if an order hasn't turned up, or you need a refund or a return, it's the retailer you bought from who can sort it. Your contract is with them. There's more on that in our Terms of Use.
If a price or stock level on BOPM was wrong, though, that one is ours — tell us and we'll fix it.
