What you're getting
You've got three ceramic tealight holders that need bringing back to life. They're designed as little workshop scenes, and right now they're plain – which means your kids get to do the decorating. Grab whatever paints you've got lying around and go for it: traditional Christmas colours work brilliantly, or let them loose with whatever shades they fancy. Metallics and pearlescent finishes look particularly good if you've got them.
Once they're painted, pop them in the oven to set the paint, then drop a tealight inside each one. You'll get a proper warm glow from them, and honestly, there's something satisfying about having made the thing that's lighting your room.
