What you're getting
You get eight wooden planes to build and fly – each one's made from 1.2mm plywood and comes flat-packed for assembly. The idea is straightforward: decorate them first if you fancy it, then slot the pieces together. A dab of wood glue (you'll need to grab your own) helps keep them sturdy in flight, though it's not essential.
Once they're built, they actually fly. How far depends on your throwing arm and a bit of luck, really. You can race them against a friend's to see whose goes furthest, or just launch them and watch where they land. It's the sort of thing that'll keep kids occupied for an afternoon, and you might even find yourself having a go.
