Outsmarted is a board game that turns your living room into a live TV quiz show. You run the app on your phone, tablet, or laptop, connect up to 6 devices as handheld controllers, and stream the whole thing to your Smart TV if you fancy it.
The clever bit: the game automatically adjusts question difficulty depending on whether you're playing kids, teens, or adults, so everyone's got a genuine shot at winning. No one gets bored because the questions stay current — all 10 categories are updated regularly, and the Breaking News category refreshes weekly.
Can't get everyone round in person? No problem. Your friends and family can join from anywhere in the world using the free app, complete with a virtual board and voice chat.
You get over 10,000 questions across 10 core categories (Breaking News, Quick Thinking, Sound & Music, Pub Quiz, Back to School, TV, Film & Books, Sports & Leisure, Lifestyle & Culture, Science & Nature, and History & Geography), all brought to life with images, song clips, and video. There are free bonus categories in the app too, and if you want more, there's a built-in Question Store with additional categories at low cost.
Setup takes about two minutes. Just pick your game length, game type, and whether you're playing solo or in teams, and you're off.
