The Lipizzaner is the breed you'll recognise from those jaw-dropping haute école displays — you know, the ones where the horses practically levitate. These 'airs above the ground' are the real deal: high-level dressage movements that look like pure theatre. The Spanish Riding School in Vienna has made them world-famous for it, and honestly, they're one of only a handful of breeds (the Lusitano and Andalusian are the others) that actually get trained to this level.
