What you're getting
This is a solid set if you've got a kid who's into dragons and a bit of theatrical combat. The centrepiece is a large posable dragon beast with movable limbs and rider functionality — there's a saddle included, so you can get minifigures mounted up for the full mounted-play experience.
You get Nya, Kai and Zilvar minifigures in the box, all equipped with swords and claws, which means there's enough here to stage proper NINJAGO showdowns without needing to raid the rest of the collection first. The dragon's got enough articulation to keep hands occupied for more than five minutes, which is always a win.
It's the sort of set that rewards a bit of imaginative play — creature-based stories, fantasy adventures, that sort of thing. Good for a treat or a gift, and the kind of toy that tends to get pulled out repeatedly rather than gathering dust. If your child's into this world and you want something with real play value, it does the job.
