What you're getting
You get two complete sets of wooden swords and shields here, which means you can kit out a pair of budding gladiators without the squabbling. Each set comes with an elastic cord handle, so they're actually ready to wield once the decorating's done.
The fun bit is letting them loose with Deco pens or acrylic paints (you'll need to grab those separately) to personalise their weapons. They can go full Roman with symbols and pictures, or throw in some animals if that's more their speed. Metallic finishes look properly impressive if you want to go that route.
It's one of those projects that doubles as a bit of history sneaking in while they're having a laugh, then straight into imaginative play once it's all coloured in.
