Ermine

What you're getting

Ermine is a small weasel you'll find across the subarctic and arctic regions of North America, Europe and Asia. They're at home in woodlands, marshes, scrublands and anywhere near a river.

Local communities tend to quite like them because they're brilliant at keeping pests under control. The downside is that hunters still target them for their fur, which the fashion industry hasn't quite finished with. That said, wild populations remain large and stable, so they're doing alright for themselves.
