What you're getting
Your kids get to have a go at proper stained glass work without needing actual glass or a kiln. Each kit comes with a pre-cut bird template, and you fill the gaps with cellophane squares in six different colours — orange, yellow, green, blue, pink and purple. Stick them behind the design and watch the light shine through. The beauty of it is you can swap the colours around to create whatever look takes your fancy, so there's no single "right" way to do it.
It's the kind of thing that works just as well if you're doing it alongside them as if they're getting on with it solo. Spring decorations sorted, basically.
